We gladly ship worldwide! Allow 3 business days for order processing and payment verification; 7-10 business days for domestic delivery and 10-15 business days for international delivery. All international orders will be invoiced separately for shipping. 

Please note, we offer Signature Confirmation (optional), which is good for people who may not be home and do not have a large mailbox or management office to accept packages. In most cases, the mail carrier will leave your package outside putting it at risk for being stolen. If this situation applies to you, we advise you choose signature confirmation to secure delivery of your package.

How much is shipping?
All orders are shipped USPS flat rate. 

How long will it take my order to ship? 
Allow 3 business days for order processing and payment verification. 7-10 business days for domestic delivery and 10-15 business days for international delivery.

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
No refund, exchange only. Please see returns and exchanges.

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All international orders will be invoiced separately for shipping. 
  • REFUNDS: No Refund, Exchange/Store Credit Only
    ​Exchanges: 
    We will gladly exchange any UNWORN items in their original packaging WITHIN 15 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email us at tiltpretty@gmail.com WITHIN 15 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. Please note that the customer is fully responsible for any return shipping to Shop Wild Child. Once the items have been received and inspected into our facility, we will ship your new item(s) out to you.

    DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED: 
    We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Just email us at tiltpretty@gmail.com to arrange an exchange or return WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE.

    SALE ITEMS: 
    ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING OUR SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE ITEMS. THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

    INTERNATIONAL:
